- Successfully implemented front office modules: E-kios (Self-Registration Kiosk), Bridging Vclaim, Registration & scheduling, Outpatient, Emergency care, Inpatient, Bridging Antrian online, Bridging Satusehat, Outpatient Electronic Medical Record, Central surgical module, (LIS) Laboratory information system, (RIS) Radiology information system, Pharmacy, Asuransi penjamin (Bridging e-klaim).
- Optimized the online queue system at Citra Medika Hospital, reducing outpatient waiting times from long durations to just one to two hours by coordinating with the East Java BPJS IT team, registration staff, outpatient department, and the Hospital Information System (SIMRS) vendor.
- Designed a system workflow for the m-JKN surgical scheduling feature.
- Integrated and maintained hematology (XN-330) and cholesterol testing (SYSMEX BX 3010) devices with SIMRS to facilitate the transmission of blood and cholesterol test results from the device to the SIMRS.
- Connected and managed CR and ultrasound (USG) devices with SIMRS, enabling the transmission of X-ray and ultrasound results from the device to the SIMRS.
